Tomorrow night Manchester United take on Newcastle United in the Capital One Cup at Old Trafford.
The last time Man United and Newcastle played each other in the League Cup was back in the October 1994. Newcastle won the game 2-0 after goals from Philippe Albert and Paul Kitson.

Man United: According to the papers, Wayne Rooney has an outside chance of returning following a nasty gash to his thigh last month.
Darren Fletcher is set to make his first start for United in 10 months as he continues his return from ulcerative colitis.
Newcastle United: Cheick Tiote and Fabricio Coloccini have both returned to training with the former likely to play some part.
The game has come too soon for Danny Simpson who is expected to return to training later this week.

Hi, good preview, but that ManUnited 2 – 0 Newcastle, in newcastle, was a PL Game, they have never played in the league cup

break us down bitches. many times i conuted 9 guys in their box and we just couldnt break em down. we had some good chances but we couldnt take it. giggs missed chance in the 68th minute was horrible. it is what it is. hopefully for my sake united will recover and beat everton this weekend. if we dont all i can think of is ..OH SHIT! lol. we are in trouble.
