Manchester United have been linked with Welsh international and Real Madrid star Gareth Bale for quite some time.
If the latest reports are anything to go by then the former Tottenham man is once again in the limelight over a switch to Old Trafford.
According to latest report covered by Mundo Deportivo, Ed Woodward and other hierarchy at Old Trafford want to secure the signature of the 28-year-old.
However, the Spanish source have stated that Jose Mourinho has other ideas and he does not want Bale at Old Trafford mainly because Bale’s an injury prone player.
Bale was mostly on the treatment table last season and he could only feature in 19 league games under the management of Zinedine Zidane. He is fit now and so far this season, Bale has netted 3 goals and provided 4 assists in 9 appearances for the European Champions.
Last year, the Welsh man signed a new deal with the Los Blancos which runs until 2022 according to the Guardian and he earns around £350,000-a-week
Per report from Mundo Deportivo, selling the winger for a huge fee is not a bad idea for Real’s boss, who thinks that Isco and Asensio are better suited in his team. Having failed to secure the signing of attacking midfielder, do you think Manchester United should sign Gareth Bale?
